I had always thought that a nanny service would be out of my price range but found that it was reasonable and well worth the cost. All the nanny information is online and you get to go and look at the applications for the applicants that are interested in your posting. The application is very detailed and you get to see their responses to questions that you might not think to ask or feel comfortable asking. All in all, I think it saves a lot of time and is a great way to screen people."
