  Nanny Services

  All services require a one-time $100 registration fee and an annual renewal fee of $25.

  Nanny Placement Fees (Full Service)

  Nanny Placement Fees (Recruitment and Screening Only)
  This service was created for families who have been through the search process before and do not need coordinator support. It's not recommended for families who have not had a nanny before.

  A la Carte Services ... Pick and Choose!

  Did you find a nanny on your own and would like to be under the umbrella of a nanny agency?
  
  All of the following services are available, but you must be an agency member ($100 lifetime membership fee).
  
  Database/Records Check
  We can check in our database for the nanny you have found on your own to see if we've interviewed them and/or completed background checks on them. Wouldn't you want to know if the person you have hired to watch your child(ren) has already been rejected by our agency for criminal records like assault, theft, DWI, seedy MySpace pages and more? This is free--just give us a call. 302-1998
  Cost = Free!

  Nanny Applications
  Have your nanny do an online application through our agency, and we can send you the thorough, professional application by e-mail. It includes hobbies, things they value most, their job history and more.
  Cost = Free!

  Personal Interview
  Have your nanny come in to have personal interview with Rebecca D'Amico (owner of Nannies from the Heart). Rebecca has screened thousands of candidates over the past eight years and can give you a good sense of the candidates viability, strengths and weaknesses. Also includes the nanny's application and a "what if" assessment.
  Cost = $180

  Agency Forms and Documents
  Would you like all of our forms, packets and other helpful documents for now and in the future with your nanny searches? Interview tips and questions, job description and work offer templates, time sheets, tax booklets from Breedlove and Associates, sample evaluations and more.
  Cost = $200
  

  Reference Checks
  We can check your nannies references and verify information on her application.
  Cost = $60 per reference (we usually advise at least 2)

  Background Checks
  Our thorough background check service that includes criminal searches, driving records and more.
  Cost = $250 (other screening for drug tests, credit reports, etc., are available for additional costs)

  Free Fill-In Service
  If your nanny is on vacation or is sick, we can find a fill-in with no agency fee charged, up to five times a year. (You still must pay nanny's hourly rate, and your nanny's application must be on file with NH.)
  Cost = $150

  Whole Package -- All Services Above

  These services do not provide replacements should your nanny end up leaving, but we will extend a 30% discount to you should you need us to conduct a nanny search for you.

  Do you need a Live-In or Live-Out Nanny?

  Live-Out Nannies
  Live-Out Nannies are child-care providers that do not live in your residence. They care for the child/children and take care of all child care related chores, such as laundry, meal preparation and picking up children's areas.

  Live-In Nannies
  Live-In Nannies are child-care providers that live in your residence. They care for the child/children and take care of all child care related chores, such as laundry, meal preparation and picking up children's areas. Most live-in nannies are caring for the upkeep of the entire home, including travel overnight and errands.

  Do you need a permanent nanny, temporary nanny, sitter or overnight help?

  Permanent Nanny
  A nanny that commits to work for your family 7 months or more.

  Temporary Nanny
  A nanny that commits to work for your family 6 months or less.

  Sitting
  A nanny that works sporadically. (3 to 4-hour minimum for sitting)

  Overnight Nanny
  A nanny that works for a very short term (usually a 12-hour period, including overnights)

  Define your nanny's pay scale

  Standard Nanny
  Live-Out Nannies care for the child/children and take care of all child care related chores, such as laundry, meal preparation and picking up children's areas. ($11-17/hour--possibly more dependent on experience and duties)

  Live-In Nanny
  Live-In Nannies are child-care providers that live in your residence. They care for the child/children and take care of all child care related chores, such as laundry, meal preparation and picking up children's areas. Most live-in nannies are caring for the upkeep of the entire home, including travel overnight and errands. ($400-$600 per week)

  Mother's Helper
  A nanny that helps the family with more than just care for the child/children. Could include meal preparation for the entire family, all laundry, picking up the child/children, errands and shopping. ($13-17/hour)

  Nanny Share
  (A.) When two families share a nanny or (B.) when a nanny brings her own child to the family's home. (A. $7-9/hr per family)(B. $10-12/hr)
• I just need Sitting Services...What do I do?

  Sitting Services

  • With 4 hours or more, $11/hr for the nanny and $4/hr for NH
    With 3-hour minimum, $12/hr for the nanny and $5/hr for NH
  • $100 application fee and $25 annual renewal fee
  • 24-hour notice ($20 rush fee for requests within 24 hours, or during holidays)
  • $30 cancellation fee charged for all confirmed sitting jobs that are cancelled, and $25/per day cancellation fee on confirmed long-term assignments, more than 1 day. Cancel fees are per day assigned. Clients often ask why the cancellation fees are assessed: Nannies receive compensation from these cancellation fees, because they often are unable to find replacement work. NH believes in fair compensation to nannies, which makes them loyal and appreciative to us and our clients.

  • Successful completion of a CPR and First Aid course within first 30 days of hire

  • A clean driving record Motor Vehicle check (to be obtained before hire date)
  • A clean criminal background check (to be obtained before hire date)
  • Verified Identity/Social Security check (to be obtained before hire date)
  • Violent Offender/Sex Offender check (to be obtained before hire date)
  • National Criminal Screening check for counties lived in  (to be obtained before hire date)
  • We have an open book policy with our clients; therefore, all of the information we obtain on your nanny is yours to review at any time.
