"I just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know how pleased I have been with the people and services your agency have provided for our family.
It is always difficult to put your child 100% in the care of someone else, and particlarly since for us in our circumstances, each time it has had to be someone new and it has been very reassuring for me to learn how well things have gone, particularly when I get the end of day update from my husband on the first day of each of my out of town trips. My daughter talks often and with animated fondness about Miss Monica and the things they did together and Corrie's son was having so much fun playing with my daughter, and visa versa, he didn't want to leave yesterday.
The peace of mind, knowing my child is well cared for and happy makes my "going to work" and out of town for a week so much easier. "
